This workshop is specifically designed for the individual who desires a greater feeling of calm in a safe and protective setting.
We will begin with gentle centering and breathing exercises followed by slow paced easy stretching and relaxing yoga forms. Our practice will be rounded out with a mindful meditation and yoga nidra.
This class is for those who are seeking a slower paced, gentle practice. Breath awareness, yin and restorative postures, along with guided relaxation are combined in this workshop to help release tension, enhance motion and bring awareness into your being. Yoga is not about perfection; it’s about learning patience and self-care. Come share the experience as a path to natural self-healing and centering.
